Working with resumes is one of my favorite things to do. I can help you take your resume to the next level by formatting it for optimal readability and by adding subtle colors and other design elements that can help it stand out. Documents, Reports, & Presentations
I leverage my background in nonprofits, government, NGOs, and public health to tailor your documents, reports, and presentations. I elevate your work by making data and dense information easy for your audience to read and understand. This is especially important when you are putting together a funding application or pitch deck. Designing documents, reports, and presentations has always been a big part of my work.

Document Formatting
Make your documents shine with consistent, professional design. Includes document formatting using your organization's branding, with minor copyedits for fit/formatting only.

Reports
Comprehensive design for your digitally-published reports. Focus on how stories and data can be communicated visually. Emphasis on visual hierarchies. Minor copyedits for fit. Client provides photos or stock photos are used.
Best if you have data or charts that are ready to present.

Presentations
Design for custom decks. I can use various file formats, including PowerPoint, Keynote, or Canva. Client provides photos or stock photos are used.
Best for turning cluttered slides, big ideas, and high-stakes presentations into polished decks that feel clear, professional, and ready to share.

Templates
Reusable systems. Using your organization's existing branding and brand assets, I can design templates or standard formatting for documents, reports, presentations, and more. Client provides photos or stock photos are used.

Technical + Strategic Design
Projects that fit into this category need strategic consulting + technical translation + information design.

This category includes design work that incorporates technical expertise in my fields of work (public health, domestic or international nutrition, nonprofits, government, strategic planning, operations, leadership). Please see the About page for my background and qualifications in this area.​

Graphic Design & Creative Development
In addition to formatting and document design, I offer graphic design services. Let me help design your logo or your branding. I even offer a newsletter branding kit option. I have lots of experience doing marketing materials. You'll find all the details below.

Please note I do not do custom typography design or photography. If you need a photographer, I can help recommend someone.
Logo-Only Kit
Design of a primary logo system for your brand. This is ideal for brands who need a logo but already have an existing color palette or visual identity. This is also ideal for brands/individuals who need a logo but prefer to do their own color palette, typography, and other elements of visual identity. Scope of the logo kit depends on your project needs and end uses.

Timeline: Please note that logo development takes time. I recommend at least 6 weeks from start to finish. This process will include 2-3 meetings to review drafts and present the final artwork.
Deliverables: Primary logo in black and white. Optional greyscale. Vector and raster formats.
Depending on scale of the project, we may also need to include a secondary logo, or a favicon.

Pricing: Starting at $850
Starter Brand Kit
Provides what you need to define your brand. Includes everything from the Logo-Only Kit, as well as color palette and typography system design.
​
Timeline: I recommend allowing 6-8 weeks for this process. Includes 2-3 virtual meetings.
​
Deliverables: Primary and secondary logos in brand colors, and black and white. Brand colors and typography. Custom icon set (up to 6). Light brand guidelines.

Pricing: Starting at $2,000
Expanded Brand Kit
Provides what you need to define your brand. Includes everything from the Starter Brand Kit package, as well as logo lockups, templates, and detailed brand guidelines.

Timeline: I recommend allowing 8-10 weeks for this process. Includes 2-3 virtual meetings.

Deliverables: Everything from Starter Brand Kit, plus: Logo lockups. Core templates (letterhead, one-page document, business card, and slide deck template). Detailed brand guidelines.

Pricing: Starting at $3,500
Newsletter Branding Kit
Provides what you need for your newsletter to have consistent and professional branding. This includes light logo design, as well as your brand colors and the assets you need for your newsletter pages.

Note: does not include full vector logo design.
​
Timeline: I recommend 2-4 weeks depending on how heavy the brand work will be.
​
Deliverables: Specific deliverables will depend on the platform you use. Assets may include: logo, email banner, wordmark, profile page banner, email newsletter template.

Pricing: $750
Marketing Materials
Using your organization's existing branding and brand assets, I can design marketing materials for your brand or your event. Some examples may include a custom flyer for an event, marketing postcards, business cards, signage, or other graphics for your marketing needs (t-shirts, vehicle wraps, banners, etc.).

Client will provide specifications based on the print shop you are using.
​
Example Deliverables: Flyers, signage, business cards, etc.

Pricing: $250 per deliverable
Graphic Design Add-Ons
Logo Refresh/Updates: Minor refreshing of your logo using your existing branding. This might include updating colors, making a vector of an existing logo, or add-on artwork to your logo. An example would be to add anniversary imagery to your logo to celebrate a brand milestone. $250 per logo.
Please note that if you need a complete revision or major updating of your logo, that will fall under the Logo-Only Kit.

Icon Sets: Using your existing branding, I can design an icon set (vector or pixel). Contact for price. Pricing will depend on the number of icons and extent of the work.

Digital Artwork: You can commission digital artwork, cartoons, or illustrations. Please see my portfolio for sample work. Examples could be: vectorization of your existing artwork, a single illustration or digital portrait, file prep for printmaking. Contact for price.
